Workshop Guidelines
How to Book
Below are the guidelines for our Paint and Sip and other workshops. Please confirm your date, time, and venue before you make any payment for our sessions. We require at least 48 hours notice to facilitate and book a session for you. If you are doing an online event you are required to confirm book at least 96 hours in advance to allow for the packaging of the painting supplies.
Terms and Conditions
Session Cost:

We can facilitate up to 500 in-person and 100 online guests. If you would like us to facilitate a larger group, please advise and we will accommodate you.
Transportation Cost
Transportation cost for Kingston and St. Andrew is a flat rate $3,500. Please contact us for rates for the other parishes; prices are subject to change at anytime.
How to Pay
You may pay: online, make a bank transfer, via credit card machine or cash. Please contact us for our banking information. We may make a payment can also be made at our offices at The Summit - Business and Lifestyle Complex (former Knutsford Court Hotel) 16 Chelsea Avenue, Shop 47, Block A.
Deposits
You are expected to pay for every seat that was booked for the event, whether or not the persons attended; please ensure you confirm the number of attendees before you book your session. For sessions with 6 or less persons, full payment is required to secure the booking. For sessions with 7 or more persons, a non-refundable deposit is required, this is, 50% of the quoted price plus applicable transportation fees, this deposit should be paid to secure the booking. The balance for the event should be paid on or before the date of the event.
Cancellation
A private party may be Cancelled with at least 10 business days notice (Monday-Friday) before the originally scheduled event date.
Locations
We facilitate mobile (at your location) or in-studio at the Summit.
Mobile: Please ensure that the area selected for the session is well lit and ventilated. The venue should have all the chairs and tables that will be required for the event.
In-Studio: We facilitate private events at our studio at – The Summit - Business and Lifestyle Complex (former Knutsford Court Hotel) 16 Chelsea Avenue, Shop 47, Block A. We can host up to 15 persons. Please contact us for more information.
Online - Via Zoom
Supplies
We provide table cloth, art board, brushes, paint, palettes, aprons and anything other art supplies that is needed for the session. For virtual events all the essential items will be provided, no easel will be included in packages unless they are paid for separately.
Professional Instructions
Our instructors are professional artist themselves and are trained in making the process easy, and enjoyable. Everyone is facilitated and we ensure that step by step instructions are given at a comfortable pace. We pride ourselves in our profession delivery and outcome!
Music
For our in studio events we provide music. Our online sessions will vary. At your venue you should provide your own music.
Start Time and Rescheduling
We start on-time, online rooms and our studio are opened 30 minutes prior to the session so that persons can get settled in. A 10 minutes grace period will be considered before the start time of any event. Thereafter a late fee of $3000.00 up to the first 30 minutes will be charge for a late start. After thirty minutes we will ask for the event to be postponed allowing the team to be on time for the next scheduled event. The event can be rescheduled at a later date attracting a reschedule fee of $5000.00. We encourage you to send reminders and confirm your guests attendance in advance of the event date so that we can have a smooth session.
Painting Selection
Please provide us with at least 3 options for your event in priority order. After your session is booked, you can select a picture from our library or provide an image of what you want to paint. We will try to ensure that you get your first choice; but due to occasional scheduling conflicts and/or material shortage it is advisable to have a backup or two.
For online sessions, we deliver painting supplies at least 3 days in advance of the event, so a painting option should be selected early, so that the supplies can be packaged and shipped on time for your event. We have several options in our painting library.
We offering sketching service for free, if you want do a more detailed piece, we require at least 3 days notice to facilitate this.
Day of the Event
Our team will arrive at least 45 minutes in advance of the start time to finalize the venue and setup. We may do site visits prior to ensure that your event flows well and is a success.
