Meet the CEO

Shawn Ashman is the CEO and owner of The Art of Motivation Inc.. Shawn is an Artist and Coach and ICT Consultant. She holds a Masters in Management Information System and a Bachelors of Business Administration with over 20+ years of corporate experiences. She held the position of Director of Information Technology for over 15 years and is a trained leader and coach.

Shawn has combined her passion for art with her corporate knowledge, to provide art-based workshops to help organizations to build creative and motivated teams and provide edutainment.

She paints on canvas, wood and bottles and her work is available for sale on www.shawnashmanart.com. She host a podcast: From Piece to Masterpiece where she share her experiences and give motivational advice.
